BODE elevator rope brake electronic control unit type C11. 

 This unit controls elevator overspeed in the up and down direction. The unit includes a 24hr functional self-control. Should the air pressure fall below the preset minimum, the control unit will allow elevator travel to the next selected floor-stop and then activate the brake. Control system must be reset after correct air pressure is available, before any further elevator movement can take place.

BODE Elevator Rope Brake electronic control unit type C31. 

This unit controls elevator overspeed in the up and down direction, as well as uncontrolled movement of elevator behind closed or open doors. 24hr functional self control and brake activation in case of air pressure falling below the pre-set minimum, same as for control unit C11.
